How long will it take for my order to to shipped?

I try to get orders posted within 3 working days of your order being placed. This can however take a little longer in busy times as it is just myself who makes, packs and ships your order. If you need an order urgently please get in touch and I shall see what I can do to help.

 

How will my order be shipped?

All UK orders will be send out via Royal Mail 2nd Class post unless selected otherwise. This takes on average 3-5 working days to arrive with you from dispatch but can sometimes take a little longer.

Can I have a different metal to those listed on the item?

Of course. Currently I only offer certain items in limited metals as it takes a long time to make up samples for photography in all metals, but I am more than happy to assist with this.

What is the difference between the different metal options?

Silver, Gold and Rose Gold Plated Metals

Plated metals are beads made from a different metal and coated with Silver, Gold or Rose Gold. These items will tarnish faster than the others but should last a along time if the care instructions on the product page are adhered to.

Sterling Silver Gold and Rose Gold Filled

Sterling Silver & Filled metals have a different base metal but have a much, much thicker layer of silver, gold or rose gold meaning these are very durable and will not tarnish.
